The Florida IDX is easily set up but you need to get your unique URL from FloridaRealtors.org first.  Once you get that, copy done that address and contact your web master to set it up as a button on your site.  You need to choose a name for the button, ie: Search Properties, Property Search, Search Florida, etc. (If you know how to set up a hot link or button on your site...you can do it yourself and you're good to go!).

Here are the instructions:

- Go to: www.FloridaRealtors.org

- Go to the upper right hand corner and click on My Membership

- Sign in with your User name and Password

  (if you need help, there´s an assistance prompt) 

- Your personal web page will open, if you´ve never been here before take advantage!

- On the left side column, you will click on IDX Agreement - Click that you agree to rules

- Then click on IDX

  It will display a page with several unique URL´s

- Copy down the address under Frame IDX on your personal web site

  (it will look like this: http://www.FL.Living.net/idxrealtor/-------  it is a seven digit id#)

- The second choice is to have your personal listings from the IDX framed on your site

  Copy down that URL, if you want that option on your site.
  (it will look like this: http://www.Fl.Living.net/idxrealtormy/------- it is your seven digit id#)


Your web master will need to set up another button for you, ie: My Listings  
If you have very few or no listings, I suggest that you do not do this button right now.

Ask your web master to group all of your property search buttons together and in the priority positions On your navigation bar (buttons). They should be the first buttons the consumer sees after either Contact Me/Email Me.

All of these search features are free..and as you´ve heard me say, FREE is my favorite four letter word!

Take advantage of these features on your new site and give the consumers what they are looking for - Listings!!
